Hello AGP/JAG/OW/JOW families with Boys aged 8-11 and Girls aged 8-10,
The 2024 Winter Festival North (SCM) is a 2-day timed finals and limited heats-and-finals meet at the Tri-Leisure Centre (Spruce Grove, AB) from June 15th & 16th, 2024. Please Declare your attendance by May 31st at 11:59pm. Please note that this is a championship meet with strict entry standards, so please only declare if you are qualified for the event. Talk to your coach if you have any questions! Swimmers who qualify at Freeze or Fry will be able to enter the meet, so do not declare for now. We will make arrangements for those athletes as required.
Tentative Timeline:
Saturday, June 15th: 11:45am Activation, 12:00pm Warm-Up, 12:45pm Racing
Sunday, June 16th: 7:45am Activation, 8:00am Warm-Up, 8:45am Racing
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
