Mini O's : Bronze

The Bronze (Learning) level involves learning the basics of water awareness, and safety skills around the water. Basic competitive swimming principles of kicking, body position and entries are taught at this level.

The Mini O's Pre-Competitive Swimming Program is designed for children ages 5-10 years old with some swimming experience. The program introduces the basics of all four competitive strokes, allowing each swimmer to acquire the skills necessary to move into the more advanced levels.

Swimmers must have some previous swimming experience before joining the program and must be assessed by one of our coaches before registering. Please contact the OSC office for more information.

Please note: Swimmers must be 5 years old as of September 2020 in order to register in Mini O's for the 2020-2021 season.

Silver

Mini O's : Silver

The Silver (Building) level focuses on the basic movements and fundamentals for swimming the four competitive swimming strokes. This level also builds on principles learned in Bronze adding simple rules of the sport, and promoting overall physical development in and out of the pool.

Swimmers must have some previous swimming experience before joining the program and must be assessed by one of our coaches before registering. Please contact the OSC office for more information.

Gold

5 - 11 years old

Mini O's : Gold

The Gold (Advancing) level advances all four strokes, and increases endurance and technique. When this level is completed participants have learned the basic skills required for competitive swimming - all four strokes, starts and turns, and can move onto the competitive program.

Swimmers must have some previous swimming experience before joining the program and must be assessed by one of our coaches before registering. Please contact the OSC office for more information.

Mini O's : Mini O's Pre-Registration

Olympian Swim Club Mini O's Pre-Registration has now opened for the 2020-2021 season!

We encourage anyone interested in our fall session to pre-register at this time, and are excited to announce that our fall session is set to start Monday, October 5th!

While some details of our program have yet to be finalized, we know that our program will continue to be two (2) sessions per week for ten (10) weeks. Those who pre-register will have priority once registration opens, and doing so will allow us to plan our sessions for the fall as best as we can.

Prices for the session are as follows:

Bronze: $225
Silver: $250
Gold: $275

If you are currently new to our program, please hold off on pre-registering your athlete at this time, and instead register for a 15 min private assessment at our Mini O's Rookie Camp on Aug 31 - Sept 4.
