Summer Camps

General Registration opens Monday February 24^th @ 8:00am

Welcome to the Olympian Swim Club Summer Camp online registration.

We are looking forward to hosting our annual OSC Summer Camps once again! Payment will be processed within a week of the Summer Camp week you select. Registering online will secure your swimmer’s spot. Please keep in mind, payment must be collected in full for your swimmer to participate.

OSC Summer Camps feature streamlined registration. Simply sign up for the summer camp, and your swimmer will be placed into one of two groups based on their ability: Mini O’s levels or Competitive levels.

The Mini O's group involves learning the basics of water awareness, and safety skills around the water. Competitive swimming principles of all four strokes, starting with the basics of kicking and body positions will be taught. The Competitive group involves learning and developing all four competitive strokes and skills. Both groups will experience dryland components and games which will allow athletes to develop their bodily awareness through ABC's.

The OSC Summer Camps are designed for children ages 5-13 years old with some swimming experience. The program introduces the basics of all four competitive strokes, allowing each swimmer to acquire the skills necessary to move into the more advanced levels. Upon completion of this camp, swimmers will be able to register in the appropriate fall program, and parents will leave with an understanding of where their athlete should be registered. 

At the start of each week, we will assess our new swimmers and place them in their correct groups. Swimmers who swam with OSC in either our Mini O Program or our Competitive Program will not need to be assessed.

For new swimmers to be able to participate, they must be at least 5 years old, must be able to swim 15 meters unassisted and be comfortable entering and swimming in deep water.

If you have not registered with us or another Swim Alberta affiliated swim club for the 2024-2025 swim season, there will be an additional $35.91 to register your swimmer for insurance purposes.
