Please join us on Thursday June 27th 2024 at the Mill Woods Golf Club to celebrate the accomplishments of our swimmers during the 2023-2024 swim season!
This will be a night of awards, recognition and fun! Families in JD, JOW, OW, JAG, AGP, Performance and High Performance are encouraged to attend. Tickets will be $50.00 each for non-swimmers, family members and friends. We will bill attending families using our website and account credit cards on file. Registered OSC swimmers are already included. Tickets include a fantastic buffet style dinner, DJ, Photobooth and lots of fun.
To confirm your families attendance for the banquet, please click the "Accept/decline button". From there please enter the first and last names of all attending members of your party (swimmers, parents, family members, etc) in the "Declaration notes" section . Each family is limited to 5 people attending and we have an event maximum of 250 people.
Check in for the event will be 5:00pm to 5:30pm followed by awards, dinner and dancing. If you have any questions please email Samar Al-Hajjaj at engagement@olympianswimclub.com.
