Hello HP+P families,
The CSI 2024: Paris-Roubaix (LCM) is a 3-day heats and finals meet at the MNP Community Sport Centre (Calgary, AB) from May 31st to June 2nd, 2024. Please Declare your attendance by May 10th, 2023 at 11:59pm. Please note that this is a meet may have entry standards. Finalized timelines will come out closer to the event. Talk to your coach if you have any questions!
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
Tentative Meet Timelines
Friday, May 31st AM: 7:15am Activation, 7:30am Warm-Up, 8:30am Meet Start
Friday, May 31st PM: 3:45pm Activation, 4:00pm Warm-Up, 5:00pm Meet Start
Saturday, June 1st AM: 7:45am Activation, 8:00am Warm-Up, 8:45am Meet Start
Saturday, June 1st PM: 3:45pm Activation, 4:00pm Warm-Up, 5:00pm Meet Start
Sunday, June 2nd AM: 7:15am Activation, 7:30am Warm-Up, 8:30am Meet Start
Sunday, June 2nd PM: 1:45pm Activation, 2:00pm Warm-Up, 3:00pm Meet Start
Please note that the meet is very heavily subscribed (500+ swimmers) so there will be long morning sessions. Swimmers should be at the pool approximately 1-1.5 hours before their event to activate, warm-up, and prepare adequately. Please use Session Reports (once provided), not Meet Mobile, to judge timelines.
