Hello AGP/JAG/OW/JOW/JD Competitive families,
The 2024 Neil Lepps Meet (SC) is a 2-day timed finals meet at the Millennium Place Pool (Sherwood Park, AB) from March 16th-17th, 2024. Please Declare your attendance by February 26th, 2024 at 11:59pm.
Please note that this meet is SPACE-LIMITED so please declare ASAP if you want a spot. We only have 30 spots available for our 11&Under swimmers (6 events each), and 25 spots available for our 12&Over swimmers (6 events each), due to decisions made by meet management that we have no control over. If declaration closes before the Feb 21st deadline, then the meet has filled up. We expect it to fill up very quickly. If your swimmer declares after the spots run out but before it has closed, we will notify you immediately.
Talk to your coach if you have any questions!
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
However, given that our spaces are so restricted, we ask that families try to attend the whole weekend if they are at all able, given that we are not able to shuffle our spots.
