Hello HP/P/AGP/JAG/OW families,
The 2023 OSC JP Fiset Invitational (SCM) is a 3.5-day heats and finals meet at the Kinsmen Sports Centre (Edmonton, AB) from December 14th-17th, 2023. Please Declare your attendance by November 30th, 2022 at 11:59pm. Talk to your coach if you have any questions!
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
Timelines:
- Thursday, December 14th PM: 2:40pm Activation, 3:00pm Warm-Up, 4:00pm Racing
- Friday, December 15th AM: 7:10am Activation, 7:30am Warm-Up, 8:30am Racing
- Friday, December 15th PM: 3:40pm Activation, 4:00pm Warm-Up, 5:00pm Racing
- Saturday, December 16th AM: 7:10am Activation, 7:30am Warm-Up, 8:30am Racing
- Saturday, December 16th PM: 3:40pm Activation, 4:00pm Warm-Up, 5:00pm Racing
- Sunday, December 17th AM: 7:10am Activation, 7:30am Warm-Up, 8:30am Racing
- Sunday, December 17th PM: 2:40pm Activation, 3:00pm Warm-Up, 4:00pm Racing
