The 2022 Speed Demon + Distance Diva Invite is a 2-day timed finals meet at the Trans Alta Tri-Leisure Centre (Spruce Grove) from January 29th-30th, 2022. All of our AGP, 11&O JAG, and 11&O OW swimmers are encouraged to attend this event. Please Declare your attendance by January 10th, 2022 at 11:59pm. Talk to your coach if you have any questions!
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, Saturday only), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to attend all 2 days.

Saturday, January 29th: 7:25am Activation, 7:40-8:20am Warm-Up, 8:30am Racing
We will be in warm-up lanes 5/6/7.

As per usual, Facility access will require – under Restrictions Exemption Program —ID & QR code, or a Negative COVID test within the last 3 days (72h).
