The 2022 Red Deer Freeze or Fry (LC) is a 2-day heats and finals meet at the Red Deer Recreation Centre (Red Deer, AB) from June 11th-12th, 2022. Please Declare your attendance by May 23rd, 2022 at 11:59pm. Talk to your coach if you have any questions!
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, “Saturday only”), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day of the event.
