Hello HP, P, AGP, JAG, and OW families,
The 2022 Provincial Trials SC at Repsol Sport Centre (Calgary) is a 2.5-day, heats-and-finals swim meet from Friday, March 11th to Sunday, March 13th. This is a championship meet with strict qualification standards: please talk to your swimmer's coach before you declare for this event so that they are only registered if they are qualified.
Please declare your Attendance by February 21st, 2022.
If you are only interested in attending certain days of the swim meet (for example, Sunday only), PLEASE declare what days you will be attending in the Registration Notes. If there are no notes in the declaration, your swimmer will be assumed to be attending every day.
Here are the timelines for the 2022 Provincial Trials meet:
Friday, March 11th PM: 1:45pm Activation, 2:00pm Warm-Up, 3:00pm Meet Start (Prelims)
Saturday, March 12th AM: 7:15am Activation, 7:30am Warm-Up, 8:30am Meet Start (Prelims)
Saturday, March 12th PM: 3:45pm Activation*, 4:00pm Warm-Up*, 5:00pm Meet Start (Finals)
Sunday, March 13th AM: 7:45am Activation, 8:00am Warm-Up, 9:00am Meet Start (Prelims)
Sunday, March 13th PM: 4:45pm Activation*, 5:00pm Warm-Up*, 6:00pm Meet Start (Finals)
*Subject to change due to Winter Festival South running between heats & finals of Provincial Trials
