Red Deer Catalina Valentine Meet 2025

On February 8th and 9th, OSC had 30 swimmers from JOW, JD, OW, JAG, Senior Competitive, and Regional head down to Red Deer to compete in the Red Deer Catalina Valentine Meet at the Roland Michener Aquatic Centre. This was many of the swimmer’s first ever meet away from home, and they did an amazing job of representing OSC! This weekend was filled with fast racing, best times, and team spirit. We are super proud of all of our athletes for competing hard!

A special shout out to a couple O’s who achieved Provincial Trials time standards: 

• Valentina Lanni: Girls 13&U 200m backstroke, 2:49.37
• Kathryn Woo: Girls 13&U 200m backstroke, 2:48.62
