Eleven talented swimmers from our national group traveled to the Bennett Cup in Victoria, and the competition proved to be an exhilarating experience filled with remarkable performances and personal bests.

Performance Highlights:
The swimmers demonstrated incredible determination and skill throughout the meet, achieving numerous best times and making significant breakthroughs in their respective events. The goal of starting and finishing strong was successfully met, showcasing the hard work and dedication put in by each athlete. Sophia Musselman punched her ticket to the Canadian open national meet.

Swimmer of the Session:
With the support of our amazing chaperone, Taniya Birbek, the swimmers participated in a fun voting process to select the "Swimmer of the Session." The voting was particularly challenging due to the outstanding performances from all participants, making it a tough choice for everyone involved.

Team Spirit and Development:
The camaraderie among the swimmers was evident as they cheered each other on and celebrated each other's successes. The meet provided not just an opportunity to race but also valuable lessons on how to advance their swimming skills and strategies moving forward.

Conclusion:
Overall, the Bennett Cup was a resounding success for our team, filled with fast swims, personal achievements, and a great learning experience. We look forward to building on this momentum as we continue our journey in the competitive swimming arena.

Thank You:
A special thank you to Taniya Birbek for her outstanding support and to all the families for their encouragement. We are excited to see how our swimmers will apply what they've learned as they prepare for future competitions!
