How To: Create an Account
Welcome to our "How to" Series, the first in a number of blog posts meant to make navigating our new Olympian Swim Club website easier.
In order to register your swimmers for the new season, your first step is to create an account. If you were a previous member of the 2019-2020 season with OSC, your setup process will look different compared to our new members:
If you are a new member:
Please head to our sign-in page, and hit Create Account. From there, please enter an email in addition to the password you would like to use to access your account. Keep in mind that the email used to register an account should be one you frequently use, as it will be our primary method of communication with you following your registration.
If you are a returning (2019-2020) member:
Please head to our sign-in page and hit the Forgot Password button. From there, enter the email address you used to access your account on our old website (TeamUnify web page), confirm you’re not a robot, and hit Email me Link. From here you will be able to reset your password and activate your account.
Having created your account, please log-in, and head to the top right corner of the page where you will be access your personal account. From the dropdown menu, hit My Account, and on the following screen hit My Profile. Please ensure all information on this page is correct and up to date, and if any changes have been made, ensure you press Save Profile at the bottom of the page.
In addition to your detailed contact information, please be sure to add your swimmers to your account by scrolling to the bottom of your My Account page and adding Members - each swimmer will be a new Member on your account page. Please note that if an address and contact phone number are not added to your account, members will not be saved, and you will receive an Error message.
From here, you will be able to register your swimmer for any of our programs by locating the appropriate registration from the dropdown menus on the main site.
